Sexual assault and sexual harassment (SASH), bullying and harassment are all forms of discrimination. SASH negatively affects individuals and organisations alike, undermining safety, productivity, morale, and teamwork.

The maritime industry is committed to fostering a workplace culture grounded in fairness, dignity, and respect, where sexual assault and sexual harassment are not tolerated.

This eLearning is for all seafarers who already hold an STCW Personal Safety and Social Responsibilities (PSSR) Certificate and are not required by flag states to re-certify.

This eLearning module reflects the updated competency requirements of STCW A-VI/1/ 1-4 as per IMO Resolution MSC.560 (108) regarding prevention and response to violence and harassment.
